Application Requirements for Travel Nurses To Include the Following:
- A copy of your current ID
- References with current contact information - friends, coworkers, relatives, etc.
- Proof of income / employment (contract with employer)
- If you have bankruptcies, credit issues, evictions, or times when you were not returned your security deposit in the past, please include a description of the situation.
- If you have a pet that would also like to apply, we will need veterinary records (proof of vaccinations, flea treatment, etc)
Application Requirements for Long Term Units To Include the Following:
- A signed completed application
- A copy of your current ID
